Looking Back and Looking Ahead: Teaching, Learning, and COVID-19

About this Event

As we reach the 1-year mark of the COVID-19 lockdown in the United States, we look back at how virtual learning has challenged traditional ways of learning and presented new opportunities. Our goal in this session was to think critically about the resources and infrastructure we need to create and sustain, in order to support the well-being and success of all students in the Worcester community.

Please join us for the second session of our Lunch and Learn Series where we host short briefings for those with an interest in education on topics

Highlights:

  • Eric DeMeulenaere - Re-thinking learning loss, re-thinking learning opportunities

  • Noe Medina - Student-Centered and Project-Based Learning

  • Liz Hamilton - Considering Kids Social and Emotional Needs

  • Q & A Session and Discussion

Hosted by the Worcester Education Equity Roundtable
